“I have used Shaw to help me clean up and repair my PC laptop a few times now. He is very thourough and clear. He took the time to explain what he did and talked to me and gave me a quote for exactly what he did. He did a troubleshoot recently to find why my webcam was not working, and identified and fixed the problem in minutes that I was not able to fix for several months. He also helped me replace my hard drive with a larger one and cloned and installed it as if it were brand new, and the transfer of all my files went great!
